Participants will learn basic information about domestic violence; tactics used by abusers, impacts on adult victims and barriers victims face when accessing resources outside of the relationship.
Angela Keen is the Community Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator at Domestic Violence Services of Lancaster, a program of Community Action Partnership. She has worked in victims’ services for 20 years in a variety of agencies at the local, statewide and national levels. Angela has been trained as an expert witness by the PA Coalition Against Rape. She is also a statewide trainer with the PA Coalition Against Domestic Violence for the PA Lethality Assessment Project. Ms. Keen holds a Master’s Degree in Community Psychology and Social Change from Penn State University. She has also completed dual Bachelor’s Degrees from PSU in Applied Behavioral Sciences and Public Policy.
