| The event will include a panel of
experts in the fields of healthcare, social work,
hospice, law and finances, durable medical equipment, and
government will be present to answer questions the
caregiver may have regarding the issues with which they’re
dealing such as healthcare and personal care, estate planning,
end of life issues, levels of care, stress management, medical
equipment in the home, government programs that are available
to assist in home care and many other issues.
Caregivers who attend will have the opportunity
to rest and enjoy a buffet lunch
while they ask questions of the panel. Each
caregiver will be presented with Caregivers Resource
Kit to assist them at home and in the challenges
they face. Each kit will include a wealth of information regarding
various health conditions, government agencies, stress relief,
phone numbers and a special journal for those who are caring
for someone with a terminal illness.
